Three New Ideas Projects Hit Review Stage - Including a Booknook Return

Only three projects qualified for the Second 2026 Review Stage this week, which is a quieter period than usual for LEGO Ideas. Still, there's a decent mix here - one creator's returning attempt after a previous rejection, an Easter Island monument, and a blast from the cartoon archives. Booknook: The Library World by Petrus Odyssey is the one that caught my attention first, mainly because booknooks have become such a thing lately. This creator had an idea rejected before, so it's good to see them having another go. If you've been following the booknook trend, you'll know they sit nicely on shelves alongside books, which is exactly the appeal. Whether this one has enough going for it to actually make it through to production is another matter entirely.

The MOAI - Easter Island Adventure set by BRICKUP takes on those iconic stone heads. It's a straightforward concept, but there's something appealing about building recognisable landmarks. The question is whether it'll feel substantial enough as a finished model or if it ends up looking a bit sparse. Then there's Wacky Races from Benlouisa, which taps into genuine nostalgia for anyone who grew up with that cartoon. Getting licensed properties through Ideas is rare, so if this one makes it, it'd be worth paying attention to. The minifigure selection alone could make or break it.

With only three projects this week, there's not much to get worked up about. Worth keeping an eye on if any of these themes appeal to you, but nothing here feels like an absolute must-watch just yet.
