LEGO Icons Mayor Manor (11383): £99.99, 1,420 Pieces, Midnight Valley Begins 1 September
LEGO has revealed Mayor Manor (11383), the first set in a new Icons subtheme called the Midnight Valley Collection. The 1,420-piece haunted house is up for pre-order now on LEGO.com and launches on 1 September 2026, priced at £99.99 / US$119.99 / €109.99.

Midnight Valley is LEGO's attempt to give Halloween the same annual, accumulative treatment that the Winter Village has enjoyed since 2009. The facade is deliberately crooked and asymmetrical, with tilted angles, weathered textures, and an old tree worked into the brickwork - a different design language from the clean, symmetrical builds typical of Icons.

Inside, the two-storey interior is fitted with gothic furnishings: a suit of armour, a grandfather clock frozen at midnight, a fireplace, a bookshelf, framed artwork, and a table and chairs. Three glow-in-the-dark characters - a zombie mayor, a zombie butler, and a zombie maid - come with the set alongside a house cat and a rat.

At roughly 7p per piece in the UK and under 8.5 cents in the US, the price is fair for a detailed display set of this size, and it undercuts the Jaguar E-Type revealed alongside it.

The September launch sits slightly earlier than the Winter Village's typical October slot, which suggests LEGO intends the two collections to run in parallel rather than position one as a replacement for the other. Midnight Valley's appeal will depend on longevity: Winter Village built its following through consistent yearly releases that collectors could gradually combine into larger scenes. Mayor Manor is a handsome display piece on its own, but the prospect of a whole village of oddly-tilted Halloween buildings accumulating year after year is what makes the collection worth watching.
