LEGO Confirms Five Adult Pokémon Sets, Including the First Pokémon Minifigures

LEGO has confirmed a dedicated adult-targeted Pokemon range, arriving in two waves during late 2026. Five sets cover creature display builds, a large Poke Ball playset and an oversized minifigure, each aimed squarely at collectors. Notably, the wave introduces the first-ever LEGO Pokemon minifigures, with named trainer characters appearing across multiple sets.

Three builds launch in August 2026, with two more following in October.

Rayquaza - 72168

Rayquaza leads the August wave, priced at GBP 119.99 and built from 1,083 pieces. It depicts the Legendary Flying and Dragon-type Pokemon at the summit of the Sky Pillar, posed on a cloud-topped base. Standing over 38 cm tall, it features a fully posable body and tail that reconfigure into different positions, plus jointed arms and head.

Zinnia, a Draconid Trainer minifigure carrying an Ultra Ball, is included alongside the creature - one of the new Pokemon trainer minifigures making their debut in this wave. Both Rayquaza and Zinnia detach from the base for independent display.

Arcanine - 72160

Arcanine arrives alongside Rayquaza in August, priced at GBP 89.99 from 1,190 pieces - the largest piece count in the August wave. Standing over 17 cm tall, the model captures the Pokemon's fur texture and upright stance. Five points of articulation at the tail, legs, feet, head and mouth allow for a variety of display poses.

Munchlax - 72150

Munchlax rounds out the August trio at GBP 59.99 and 757 pieces, standing 18 cm tall. Its round teal-blue body, cream chest spot and wide-open mouth are immediately recognisable. Articulated arms and a rotating head let it be posed mid-munch.

A small outdoor scene accompanies the figure, including a tree stump, a whole apple and two apple cores for context on the display base.

Up-Scaled Red Minifigure - 40868

Up-Scaled Red Minifigure arrives in October, priced at GBP 69.99 from 930 pieces. It is an oversized build of Red, the silent protagonist from the original Pokemon games, measuring 27 cm tall, 17 cm wide and 12 cm deep. Arms, legs, hands and head are all movable, and a Poke Ball is included as an accessory. Rated for ages 12 and up.

Iconic Trainer Moments Poke Ball - 72154

Iconic Trainer Moments Poke Ball is the largest set in the wave, built from 2,386 pieces and priced at GBP 229.99. A display Poke Ball opens and closes on a grassy stand designed to look as though it has been thrown to the ground, measuring over 22 cm high, 24 cm wide and 22 cm deep.
