19 New LEGO Sets Announced in One Week, From Nolan's Batmobile to Toy Story 5

LEGO has announced 19 new sets this week, all up for pre-order ahead of releases between June and September 2026. Ten different themes are represented, from Technic supercars with real racing pedigree to a Toy Story 5 tie-in and a pair of Chinese cultural sets rooted in ancient legend.

Technic

Four Technic sets lead the charge, headlined by a build that'll be familiar to anyone who's seen Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy.

Batmobile Tumbler

The Batmobile Tumbler (42239) recreates the tank-like military prototype that Bruce Wayne repurposes in Batman Begins. Its angular, brutish design made it one of the most recognisable Batmobiles in cinema history, and at £169.99 for 719 pieces it's the priciest set in this wave. Releasing August 2026.

Ferrari 488 PISTA Car

The Ferrari 488 PISTA (42235) is based on Ferrari's track-focused variant of the 488 GTB. The real car produces 720 CV, hits 0-60 in 2.7 seconds, and strips out 90 kg of weight through carbon fibre. At £59.99 for 882 pieces it's good value for a licensed Technic build.

Dodge Viper GTS-R Sports Car

Sitting alongside it is the Dodge Viper GTS-R (42234), also £59.99 for 805 pieces. The real GTS-R dominated FIA GT racing through the late 1990s, winning class victories at Le Mans and Daytona. Only 57 were ever built.

At the budget end, Mighty Machines (42233) is a blind-box collectible at £4.49 for 44 pieces. Each box builds one of eight mini construction vehicles with a working Technic function.

Sonic the Hedgehog

Tails' Tornado-1

Two Sonic sets, both pulling from deep franchise history. Tails' Tornado-1 (77119) at £24.99 for 310 pieces recreates the red-and-white biplane from the Sky Chase Zone in Sonic the Hedgehog 2, all the way back in 1992. It's one of the most iconic vehicles in the series and closely tied to Tails' identity as a mechanic and pilot.

Shadow's Mech vs. G.U.N. Trooper

Shadow's Mech vs. G.U.N. Trooper (77120) at £44.99 for 374 pieces features Shadow in his Doom Wing mech form with golden swords, drawing on the 2005 standalone Shadow the Hedgehog game. Shadow's profile has been riding high since Sonic the Hedgehog 3 hit cinemas in late 2024. Both sets release August 2026.

Speed Champions

Jaguar Project 7 & Land Rover Defender

Jaguar Project 7 & Land Rover Defender (77264) pairs two British icons for £44.99 and 740 pieces. The real Project 7 was a limited run of just 250 cars, built to honour Jaguar's seven Le Mans victories, with a 575 hp supercharged V8 under the bonnet. The Defender needs no introduction. Both brands sit under JLR so it's a natural pairing. Due August 2026.

Star Wars

Hutt Palace Sentry Droid Showdown

Hutt Palace Sentry Droid Showdown (75451) at £44.99 for 415 pieces is tied to the upcoming Mandalorian & Grogu film. The centrepiece is a three-armed Sentry Droid, and the set also brings back the Kyuzo bounty hunter Embo as a minifigure for the first time in 15 years. Releasing August 2026.

The Star Wars Advent Calendar (75456) arrives in September at £29.99.

Marvel

The Fantastic Four H.E.R.B.I.E.

The Fantastic Four H.E.R.B.I.E. (76339) at £59.99 for 747 pieces is a buildable figure of the Fantastic Four's robot companion, tying into last year's MCU film The Fantastic Four: First Steps. H.E.R.B.I.E. first appeared in the 1978 animated series as a stand-in for the Human Torch and has been part of the team ever since. Already spotted at 50% off in places, so one to keep an eye on.

The Marvel Advent Calendar (76340) is also up at £29.99 for September.

Animal Crossing

Timmy & Tommy's Fun Day Out

Timmy & Tommy's Fun Day Out (77059) at £54.99 for 513 pieces features the twin tanuki shopkeepers from Nintendo's Animal Crossing. They run Nook's Cranny in the games and are known for their habit of echoing each other's sentences. Releasing August 2026.

Chinese Cultural Sets

Ancient Moon-Gazing Inn

Two sets from LEGO's Chinese Festivals collection, both arriving sooner than the rest in June 2026. The Ancient Moon-Gazing Inn (80121) at £99.99 for 1,530 pieces is inspired by Song Dynasty architecture and the poetry of Su Dongpo, one of China's greatest literary figures, whose work is closely associated with the Mid-Autumn Festival. The build features an inn with two bedrooms and a restaurant connected by a bridge to a teahouse, with nine minifigures.

Prosperity Carp Leaping

The Prosperity Carp Leaping (80120) at £44.99 for 736 pieces is based on the ancient legend of carp swimming upstream to leap over the Dragon Gate, transforming into dragons upon clearing it. It's one of China's most enduring symbols of perseverance and success. A turning handle makes the carp leap over the gate.

Disney and Gabby's Dollhouse

Blaze's Horse Ranch (43304) at £44.99 for 209 pieces is a Toy Story 5 tie-in, introducing Blaze Manoukian, a new character in the upcoming film (due June 2026). The set includes Woody and Jessie minifigures alongside Bullseye and several other animals. Releasing May 2026, making it the earliest arrival in this batch.

The Disney Advent Calendar (43298) at £29.99 joins Star Wars, Marvel, and the City Advent Calendar (60510) at £22.99 to make four advent calendars in total.

From the Gabby's Dollhouse Netflix series, the Fairy Roller Coaster and Tea Party (11214) at £29.99 and Kitty Fairy's Garden House (11212) at £12.99 round out the week. Kitty Fairy is one of the show's most popular characters, the resident gardener of Gabby's magical dollhouse. Both release August 2026.

That's 19 sets priced from £4.49 to £169.99. The Chinese cultural sets land first in June, Blaze's Horse Ranch arrives in May, and most of the rest follow in August. We'll be tracking prices on all of them as retailers start listing stock.
