LEGO's latest Editions Football (43019). What looks like a straightforward football opens up to reveal a miniature stadium scene tucked away inside.

The set launches on 1st March for £129.99 with 1,498 pieces, which works out to roughly 9p per piece. The football itself is described as "almost 1:1 scale," so you're looking at something roughly the size of an actual football taking up space on your shelf ;).

The LEGO Editions line has been doing interesting things with unexpected subjects - remember the Typewriter (21327) that actually worked? This football continues that tradition of taking everyday objects and giving them a LEGO twist that's both nostalgic and genuinely engaging.
