LEGO's New Flower Wall Set Brings the Garden Indoors
LEGO's Botanicals range has been quietly growing into something rather special, and the latest addition proves they're not slowing down. The Flower Wall (11503) arrives on February 1st with 879 pieces and a £89.99 price tag, which works out to roughly 10p per piece - pretty reasonable by today's standards.

You get everything from camellias and clematis to ranunculus and mimosa branches - names I had to look up, if I'm being honest! The mix includes 2 big camellias, 3 small ones, 2 clematis, 3 ranunculus, a couple of faux red roses, a hydrangea, 3 cornflowers, plus various branches and leaves.
Rather than building static bouquets like previous Botanicals sets, this one lets you create your own garden wall display. Perfect for anyone who's rubbish at keeping real plants alive (guilty as charged) but still wants some colour on their walls.
This is clearly aimed at the grown-up market, following the successful formula of sets like the Orchid (10311) and Succulents (10309). The complexity and piece count suggest it's more about the meditative building experience than quick play value for kids.
At nearly 900 pieces, you're looking at a decent weekend project, and the modular nature means you can rearrange your display whenever the mood strikes. The wall frame approach also solves the eternal question of where to put another LEGO bouquet - this one's designed to go straight on the wall.
Whether it'll have the same staying power as some of the other Botanicals remains to be seen, but at this price point, it's certainly worth considering for anyone who's enjoyed the range so far.
