LEGO One Piece Gum-Gum Fruit (75647) Revealed
LEGO has announced the Gum-Gum Fruit (75647), expanding its One Piece range with Luffy's iconic Devil Fruit. The 482-piece set retails for £55 and goes on sale this August, with pre-orders starting today.

The build recreates the Gomu Gomu no Mi that gives Luffy his rubber powers, complete with an interior scene showing young Luffy discovering the fruit. At roughly 11p per piece, the pricing sits in standard territory for display sets of this size.

I mean, one Piece has proven surprisingly popular with LEGO, though this feels more niche than the ship sets. The fruit design looks faithful to the source material, but it's essentially a decorative piece - there's no real play value here beyond the initial build.

This one's squarely aimed at adult fans of the anime rather than general LEGO builders. If you're deep into One Piece, it'll probably sit nicely alongside the Going Merry (21316) or Thousand Sunny (70612).

For everyone else, it's likely too specific to warrant the shelf space.
