LEGO Icons 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow's Pirate ship

After months of speculation and leaked photos, LEGO Icons 10365 – Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship has finally been listed on LEGO.com. This long-awaited release brings the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise back to LEGO shelves for the first time in more than a decade.

The set contains 2,862 pieces and includes nine detailed minifigures. It will retail for £299.99 in the UK (priced at $329.99 / €329.99 elsewhere) and launches on 12 September 2025. Fans will instantly recognise the ship as the Black Pearl, though LEGO has opted to market it under the title Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship.

The model is part of the 18+ Icons range and captures the ominous look of cinema’s most famous ghost ship. Its all-black hull rests on sturdy display stands, with rows of cannon ports and grey cannons lining the sides. Chains, ropes, and rigging add texture, while nine torn fabric sails complete the haunted aesthetic. At the stern, a removable section reveals the captain’s cabin, filled with maps, bottles, and secret compartments.

Starboard profile

The crew of nine minifigures includes:

  • Captain Jack Sparrow
  • Hector Barbossa
  • Elizabeth Swann
  • Will Turner
  • Anamaria
  • Joshamee Gibbs
  • Cotton (with parrot)
  • Marty
  • Pintel

Each figure has updated printing and accessories—Jack’s compass, Barbossa’s feathered hat, and more—adding character to the build.

Deck details

The ship’s story in the films adds to its spooky appeal. Originally the Wicked Wench, it was burned and sunk by Cutler Beckett after Jack Sparrow freed enslaved people. Sparrow struck a deal with Davy Jones, who raised the vessel from the depths. Reborn with a charred hull, the Wicked Wench was rechristened the Black Pearl—a name feared across the Caribbean.

Minifigure lineup

With nearly three thousand pieces, nine exclusive minifigures, and a striking redesign of the Black Pearl under its new name, LEGO Icons 10365 Captain Jack Sparrow’s Pirate Ship is shaping up to be one of the standout LEGO releases of 2025. A must-have for collectors and Pirates of the Caribbean fans when it sets sail this September.
