LEGO Botanicals Hanging Golden Pothos (11512) Goes Vertical for the First Time

The Hanging Golden Pothos (11512) joins the Botanicals line on 1 August 2026, and it is a genuine change of direction for the range. Every set in the theme so far has sat upright on a shelf - bouquets, arrangements, potted plants on a flat surface. The Hanging Golden Pothos is the first built to trail and drape instead.

It comes in at £54.99 for 372 pieces, working out to around 15p per piece - the pricier of the two new Botanicals sets on a per-brick basis. Golden pothos plants are everywhere as houseplants, which makes them an obvious choice for the theme, but capturing that loose, cascading shape in bricks is a harder brief than assembling a tidy bunch of flowers.

Done well, those trailing vines could look good on a high shelf or hung somewhere with a bit of light behind them. At 372 pieces it is not a huge build, so it will not fill an entire afternoon.

Like the rest of Botanicals, this is aimed at adults rather than kids, though it is approachable enough for anyone who enjoys detailed display builds.
