Cowabunga! TMNT Returns to LEGO with New BrickHeadz Set
After a twelve-year absence, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are back in LEGO form, and they're coming as BrickHeadz Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Figures (40878). Due out in April for £34.99, this 567-piece set brings all four brothers together - Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello - complete with their signature weapons.

The last TMNT sets hit shelves back in 2014, so there's a whole generation of kids who've never had the chance to build their heroes in half shell. The BrickHeadz format actually suits the characters rather well - those chunky, distinctive silhouettes capture the turtles' personalities nicely, and each one gets their iconic weapon as an accessory.
This feels like a set that'll appeal to both nostalgic adults and kids discovering the turtles for the first time. The building experience should be engaging without being too challenging, making it perfect for family building sessions. Whether you're team Leonardo or firmly in Michelangelo's corner, it's good to see these characters back in brick form - even if we'll have to wait until April to get our hands on them.
