Mario Kart™ – Bowser's Castle

Racing through Bowser's imposing fortress brings a unique castle environment to the Mario Kart experience, complete with destructible walls and mechanical hazards. This 1,068-piece set recreates the iconic Bowser's Castle track with interactive elements that respond to the included vehicles and characters.

The set includes four Super Mario figures: Bowser, Yoshi, a Thwomp and a Lava Bubble, along with a decorated Banana element. Two racing vehicles are provided - the Standard ATV and Mach 8 kart, both capable of launching shells during races around the circuit.

Interactive Castle Features

The castle structure incorporates several dynamic elements including foldout walls that racers can crash through, a spinning Fire Bar obstacle, and a plunging Thwomp that adds timing challenges to races. The track layout allows racing both around the exterior and through the castle interior via the collapsible wall sections.

Sound and Visual Effects

When compatible LEGO Mario, Luigi or Peach figures (sold separately) are placed in the vehicles, the set triggers Mario Kart sound and visual effects including honking, drifting sounds and other racing audio. One of the starter sets (71439, 71440, 71441 or 72043) is required to access these interactive features.

The completed castle model measures 26 cm high, 36 cm wide and 21 cm deep, suitable for builders aged 9 and above. The set is designed for both individual play and multiplayer racing scenarios.
