Koala Habitat & Care Center

Build and operate a koala rescue centre complete with habitat, veterinary facilities and rescue aircraft. The 521-piece set recreates a wildlife care facility where koalas can be rescued, treated and housed among eucalyptus trees in their natural environment.

The playset centres around detailed veterinary facilities equipped with weighing scales, medical supplies including a syringe and vet's bag, plus sleeping areas for both the animal carers and their koala patients. A rescue plane allows for dramatic animal rescue scenarios, while walkie talkies and a computer system add operational realism to the care centre.

Characters and Animals

Three minidolls - Autumn, Zac and Nova - staff the facility and care for four koala figures. The characters can role-play as veterinarians and wildlife carers, creating stories around animal rescue and rehabilitation.

The completed model measures 22 cm high, 31 cm wide and 18 cm deep, suitable for ages 7 and up. The naturalistic eucalyptus tree habitat provides an authentic setting for the koalas while the functional rescue centre offers multiple play scenarios around wildlife conservation and care.
