The apartments showcase personalised details specific to different characters, with multiple rooms and accessories spread across the three buildings. Each living space includes furniture and decorative elements that reflect the individual personalities of the residents.

The commercial area features three distinct shops. The bakery includes equipment and food items for realistic play scenarios. The ceramics studio centres around a spinning pottery wheel for hands-on crafting activities. The launderette operates with a rolling door mechanism and two spinning washing machines that add functional movement to the set.
