SEGA® Genesis™ Console

The SEGA Genesis, originally released in North America in 1989 as SEGA's 16-bit home console, revolutionised gaming with classics like Sonic the Hedgehog. This 479-piece building set recreates the iconic console in LEGO form, designed for gamers and builders aged 12 and up.

The set offers two build options - construct either the SEGA Genesis as released in North America, or the SEGA Mega Drive version that launched in Japan in 1988. Both configurations capture the distinctive styling of these beloved retro consoles.

What's Included

The build features two detachable controllers that mirror the original three-button design, plus a removable game cartridge that slots into the console. Sticker decorations provide authentic detailing, while a Sonic the Hedgehog portrait serves as a nostalgic Easter egg for fans of SEGA's mascot.

Display Specifications

When completed, the console measures 4 cm high, 16 cm wide and 12 cm deep, making it an ideal display piece for gaming rooms, bedrooms or offices. The controllers each measure 2 cm high, 8 cm wide and 24 cm deep, maintaining realistic proportions to the original hardware.
