Grand Piano

Part of the LEGO Ideas collection, this sophisticated grand piano model combines authentic design with interactive musical functionality. The 3,662-piece set creates a concert piano that can actually be played, featuring a removable 25-key keyboard with authentic hammer action, moving dampers and functional pedal system.

The model incorporates genuine piano details including a top lid that props open like a real grand piano, an opening fallboard, piano leg wheels, and a height-adjustable bench. When closed, the piano measures 22.5cm high, 30.5cm wide and 35.5cm deep.

Interactive Features

The piano connects to the LEGO Powered Up app for two playing modes. User play mode allows manual performance on the keyboard, while auto play mode performs one of four pre-loaded songs automatically. The motorised system requires 6 AAA batteries (sold separately) to operate the self-playing function.

The set includes detailed building instructions and a coffee-table-style booklet featuring information about the fan designer who created this model. Clear step-by-step guidance makes the build accessible even for newcomers to LEGO construction projects.
